2. A copy of the personal page of your valid foreign passport. Applicants currently residing in mainland China must also provide a scanned copy of the currently valid visa page or residence permit page.

3. Passport photo of the applicant within recent six months (full face, front view, bare-head) in JPG format.

4. A scanned notarized copy of the highest diploma or graduation certificate and transcript (Notarized Chinese or English translations is required for certificates in any language other than Chinese or English; if the applicant is a would-be graduate, the current school shall issue a pre-graduation certificate).

5. A scanned copy of the HSK certificate obtained in recent two years (Applicants who are Chinese native speakers or have completed the previous education in China do not need to provide language certificate).

6. Curriculum Vitae.

7. Professional level supporting materials (performance videos, creative works, etc. that can represent the professional level of the applicant).

8. Non-criminal Record (valid for 6 months).

9.Application Fee Payment Voucher.

10. For postgraduate programs, applicant shall provide a study or research proposal for study in XACM (no less than 800 words in Chinese or English) and at least two Letters of Recommendation by professors or associate professors.
